Adaptive Thinking's core service is to help you become effective through learning how to intentionally use who and what you are and to correct ineffective behaviors and self-defeating thoughts. Our clients make an initial three month commitment.
The engagement works as follows: weekly phone meetings/ video conferencing focused on understanding what you are and how it works for you, as well as what doesn't work; identify the goals you want to achieve; identify the skills necessary to enhance your strengths and develop skills you currently don't possess; practice; and act. Meeting homework, email and text communication can be used for additional support.
